Application Checklist

Before you register, please review this checklist to make sure you have everything that you will need.

  1. Application Fee ($50 non-refundable) for new and transfer students.
  2. Registration Fees - Contact Office
  3. Documentation
    • Birth Certificate
    • Up-to-date Health/Immunization Records & Physical
    • Social Security Card
    • Last Report Card or Transcripts from Former School
  4. Recommendations (Grades 6 – 12)
    • Pastor
    • Former School Official
  5. Principal’s Interview (Required before acceptance is official)
